What does this MR do and why?

There is already a dedicated page for Commits. You do not make commits to a repository, so it makes sense to move the information.

Move the commits information out of the Repository page and into the Merge request commits page.

Changes

  • Moved information regarding commits out of the Repository page and into the Commits page.
  • Updated the H1 from Merge request commits to Commits.
  • Added an introduction sentence to the Commits page.
  • Cross-linked from the Repository page to the Commits page.
  • Cross-linked from the Commits page to the Stage, commit, and push changes page.
