What does this MR do and why?

Related MR !165114 (merged) adds a number of predictive test mappings for changes to internal events tooling.

This MR adds a couple tests to spec/support_specs/matchers/internal_events_matchers_spec.rb to make use of the 'internal event tracking' shared example with various inputs. This should make it quicker & easier to identify tooling problems without waiting for all the actual usages of 'internal event tracking' to run.
