Fetch Dependency Reachability Data from Graphql API

What does this MR do and why?

This MR is the last part of dependency Reachability feature.

The goal here is to fetch reachability data from column reachability that saves small int , so there is a resolver to translate the value into something meaningful , from sbom_occurences table after merging this issue
