What does this MR do and why?
We are dropping the vulnerability_occurrence_pipelines
table as part of this epic
With the feature flag cleanup MR merged (!164890 (merged)), the Sbom::Ingestion::Vulnerabilities class is now dead code.
This MR removes that class along with related code
