Prevent line height from being forced into tabs
What does this MR do and why?
Resolves #482817 (closed). https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ui/-/blob/main/src/components/base/tabs/tabs/tabs.scss#L68 negatively impacting all the tabs on this page, so this change uses gl-leading-[unset] to prevent setting the line-height: 1rem
