Rollout issue: #451326 (closed)

Enable FF by default ci_hidden_variables, to include it to %17.4

The feature flag ci_hidden_variables has enabled by default, and the changes made at #390305 (closed) are now globally available.

The feature flag was enabled globally on 11.09.2024.
