Docs only: Deprecation of Shibboleth SP
What does this MR do?
Add a deprecation warning to a page which describes a configuration approach for Shibboleth which is not supported anymore.
The page refers to apache configurations and some clients have attempted to replace nginx in the omnibus installation with apache which causes a lot of problems.

Ensure a release milestone is set and that you merge the equivalent EE MR before the CE MR if both exist. -
