What does this MR do and why?

With the completion of Include Duo SM/Dedicated add-on seat assignment... (customers-gitlab-com#9364 - closed), we will now begin collecting the below new metrics in our seat link sync:

  1. duo_addon - used to differentiate between Duo Pro and Duo Enterprise
  2. duo_purchased_seats - licensed user count
  3. duo_assigned_seats - similar to billable user count, this shows count of assigned duo seats

We need to ensure this info is captured accurately in our documentation.
