Adding ai_resolution_enabled to vulnerability finding entity

What does this MR do and why?

As part of Make vulnerability permissions and resolution c... (#481540 - closed) this MR adds the ai_resolution_enabled attribute to the REST Vulnerabilities::FindingEntity. This will be used to display the badge for supported CWEs in the MR vulnerability report widget.
