Rename "Jira" integration to "Jira issues"
What does this MR do and why?
This MR renames the "Jira" integration to "Jira issues".
Due to #460663 we now have two Jira integrations that appear in the integrations list:
- GitLab for Jira app
- Jira issues (formerly just "Jira")
To make it clear that the existing "Jira" integration is used to display Jira issues within GitLab, a separate function from the GitLab for Jira app's ability to sync development data to Jira, we're renaming the "Jira" integration to specifically "Jira issues".

How to set up and validate locally
- Choose a group or project, and go Settings > Integrations. There should be a "Jira issues" integration.
