Remove non-compliant Avatar sizes (Commits, deprecated notes)
What does this MR do and why?
Removal of non-compliant Avatar sizes after they have been migrated:
- Avatar: Refactor img to use GlAvatar (!166472 - merged)
- User dropdown: Use design system compliant size... (!166591 - merged)
- Commits: Migrate non-compliant Avatar sizes (!166587 - merged)
This MR removes one last instance of the size 40 in commits and fixes a small visual bug in the commit detail view.
