What does this MR do and why?

Adds event definitions for a number of events that are already sent to Snowflake from gitlab.com but doesn't have an event defintion a therefor doesn't show up in the Metric Dictionary.

The product_group value in the event definitions represents the ownership of each event. The product_groups in this MR were automatically populated based on the specs which trigger the event.

The event definitions in this MR have partly been auto-generated by looking at the data that is sent to Snowflake. I have filled out the most trivial descriptions and asked the EM to fill out the descriptions and verify the auto-generated part of the definitions.

Adding these events is a prerequisite for migration them to Internal Events.
