What does this MR do and why?

When working on this ticket, we realized a different older project had the same alias name as the project that was failing.

The error 422 on the customer UI was not clear, and the error in the backend does not also immediately lead one to think that another older project might be the problem.

This addition in docs would guide troubleshooting more easily.
