Add line to ignore for Marginalia backtrace

What does this MR do and why?

UseSqlFunctionForPrimaryKeyLookups overrides _query_by_sql so all Project, Namespace, and User queries would show this line in the Marginalia backtrace.

This is not very helpful when debugging queries in development / test so we ignore this.
