What does this MR do and why?

  1. Remove what appears to be an existing typo - "Policy inheritance of policies"
  2. Explicitly mention that new projects and subgroups created within the scope of an existing policy will automatically be enforced by that policy. The goal of this is to satisfy auditors and compliance team members.
