Issue: Remove the ignore rule for editor on workspaces (#500357)

What does this MR do and why?

As a follow up to this: Drop the editor field from the workspaces table (!167823 - merged) and the final step in dropping the editor column from the workspaces table. This MR removes the ignore rule from the RemoteDevelopment::Workspace model
