What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds a useful introduction, setup, and value prop video on Advanced SAST. It also adds relevant code flow data which is a differentiator for Advanced SAST. Note: The code flow data was originally shown in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/application_security/vulnerabilities/#vulnerability-code-flow, but it makes sense to include it in the main Advanced SAST documentation that many customers view when looking into Advanced SAST.
