What does this MR do and why?

Settings block: Move collapsible button to left and use chevron as indicator

  • Use chevron as indicator to align better with other collapsibles used in the product
  • Move it up front for improved a11y
  • Indent layout for a better visual overview to improve searchability/readability
  • Makes better use of space on smaller devices (e.g. mobile)
