Add ask-something tools to self-hosted Duo Chat UP list

What does this MR do and why?

The tools now check unit primitives on AI Gateway side: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/modelops/applied-ml/code-suggestions/ai-assist/-/blob/70715a8367fc089e5246601b1009883502cd0e25/ai_gateway/chat/toolset.py#L24-47. We need to extend the list of unit primitives for self-hosted Duo Chat.
