Add pipeline_source column to p_ci_build_sources table

What does this MR do and why?

Adds a pipeline_source column to the p_ci_build_sources table, which will be used to search builds by pipeline source as well as the build_source property introduced in !157328 (merged).

Note this table is not yet populated.
