Update jira import illustrations

Julia Miocene requested to merge replace-jira-import-illustrations-jmiocene into master

What does this MR do and why?

Replace old illustrations with new ones. Around a year ago our brand was updated. So, the style and guidelines for product illustrations were also changed. Because of this, we're updating old illustrations and removing from the library. We're moving from one-to-one concept to one-to-many. That's why you can see the same illustration in a few places.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to a project with no issues or create a new one
  2. Click [Import issues] -> [Import for Jira]
  3. Once you get to the screen above, you click on the Set up Jira integration button which takes you to the Jira integration.
  4. Setup the integration with a Jira instance (you can sign up for a free dev instance here http://go.atlassian.com/about-cloud-dev-instance).
  5. Go back to the import issues screen and refresh. You should see a selector for projects and user mappings, you just need to select the project.
  6. Start an import and refresh the page. You should see the loading state.
