What does this MR do and why?

Replace the use of TOTP for OTP in the documentation.

Technically we use time-based one-time password authenticators (TOTP), however, we should prefer one-time password (OTP) for simplicity.

In the UI we use, the term one-time password: /-/profile/two_factor_auth.
