As per #499268 (closed), we were sending CommonMark source line position information with Matrix integration. This MR disables CommonMark source line position information for notify method.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Checkout the branch 499268-weird-link-text-for-mr-notifications-in-matrix-integration
  2. Setup the Matrix integration
  3. Open/Close/Reopen an MR and verify there are no source line position information 🎉
