Removes period from burndown charts warning help link.
Why was this MR needed?
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/1650 introduced a warning message for the milestone burndown chart, but the help link had a period after it. We don’t place periods after a link if it‘s not followed by a sentence
