Update vulnerability resolution filter steps for new activity filter

What does this MR do and why?

Follow-up to Update docs to include VR filtering (#486517 - closed) which added a new GitLab Duo (AI) section to the activity filter. This MR updates the vulnerability resolution docs to use this new filter (previously it instructed to filter to SAST records)

*Note: The docs still instruct to filter on SAST for Vulnerability Explanation. That feature has different coverage from Vulnerability Resolution.
