Update screenshot now that Zs have been removed

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the screenshot of the job log with timestamps in the documentation to match a change we made to the UI: we removed the Zs (which signify that the time is in UTC) from the end of each timestamp and replaced it with a Log timestamps in UTC. hint in the job log top bar.
