Replace old illustrations

What does this MR do and why?

Old illustrations will be removed from the library to avoid future usage. I replace them for old IDE to avoid conflicts in the future.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Opt-out vscode_web_ide feature flag
  2. Go to any project and open it in Web IDE
  3. You will see the first illustration on the screen
  4. Click on the commit tab on the left
  5. Click on the terminal tab on the right
