Adding in visual indicators for private projects within the CI/CD Catalog

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Navigate to /explore/catalog
  2. Note that private projects have a lock icon beside their name
  3. Click on a private project to view details
  4. Note the alert at the top of the page as well as the lock beside the project name
