WIP: Step 2: Support multiple indices to Elasticsearch Admin options

What does this MR do?

Implements support for multiple indices in Elasticsearch admin panel.

The MR is branched off a reviewed and approved feature branch 13533-elastic-search-1 hence this MR is against that branch to avoid unnecessary review of already-reviewed code.
