Allow cross-project pipeline triggering with CI_JOB_TOKEN in core

Allow cross-project pipeline triggering using the CI_JOB_TOKEN variable in the .gitlab-ci.yml file. Port triggered_pipelines and triggered_by_pipeline relationships for pipelines and expose them in pipelines controller show action.
