What does this MR do?
Updates badging for IP and domain restrictions to include .com
The options are there. I haven't tested to make sure they work, but the IP and domain restrictions are available in the settings for the appropriate plans on GitLab.com

Review by assigned maintainer, who can always request/require the above reviews. Maintainer's review can occur before or after a technical writer review. -
Ensure a release milestone is set and that you merge the equivalent EE MR before the CE MR if both exist. -
If there has not been a technical writer review, create an issue for one using the Doc Review template.
