Remove duplicate collection of errors
What does this MR do and why?
Remove duplicate collection of errors. Since pipeline_messages (errors) can be used instead of pipeline.yaml_errors, we can remove the duplicate and stop collecting extra data. After this, the intention is to replaces usage of pipeline.yaml_errors so we can eventually drop the column.
