Attribute Code Quality metrics to Static Analysis
What does this MR do and why?
Attribute Code Quality metrics to Static Analysis. Currently they are attributed to a mix of incorrect groups (dynamic analysis, pipeline authoring, pipeline execution).
This change only includes metrics that aren't obviously tied to larger sets of metrics used by other groups. There are some collections of HLL metrics that are all tied together, and all MR widgets look to be attributed Code Review; I didn't change those. I also didn't modify any metrics that are already removed.
