Audit Events Specs for destination_url should be public urls
What does this MR do and why?
Sets destination_url for specs that use AuditEvents::CustomHttpExternallyDestinationable, to be example.com rather than either FFaker or a non-real url, due to public_url: true making it a dns-accessible rule
