Nullify platform Kubernetes namespace if blank

What does this MR do?

Clears the cluster namespace field if it is being set to the empty string.

This prevents a bug where clusters couldn't be swapped between managed and unmanaged if they had a custom namespace set as the field wasn't being cleared.
