Remove the mention of pragmatic semver
What does this MR do?
Our versioning policy as defined in table in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/policy/maintenance.html#versioning clashes with the statement of https://gist.github.com/jashkenas/cbd2b088e20279ae2c8e
We should either loosen the table or remove the incorrect link. Since gitlab-com/Product#50 (closed) shows that the table is what is the current understanding of our policy, remove the link to the pragmatic way.
