Logs: Rename path to endpoint and use a BE generate path for logs

What does this MR do?

Fix some minor naming inconsistencies and use a backend generated path and not create one in the frontend.

• Rename logsPath to a more clear and consistent logsEndpoint
• Basically fix a hack that generates an href, using an endpoint from the backend instead.
• Update specs in FE and BE
