Show weight and progress information in Roadmap epic timeline bars

What does this MR do?

This MR adds weight and progress information to epic bars in the roadmap view. There are only UI changes; no logic changes.

Feature flags:

• :roadmap_graphql to use GraphQl in the roadmap
• :unfiltered_epic_aggregates to use the GraphQl weights added in !25980 (merged) with proper values for weight being added in !23406 (merged)
