Geo: Small refactor renaming some methods

What does this MR do?

Small refactor renaming some methods.

What prompted this was during a previous refactor we missed one method name Geo::Fdw::LfsObject#missing_file_registry. Now I went to rename it, and instead of changing to missing_lfs_registry I wanted to drop it instead. This prompted a few other renames.
