Update documentation for CI cache key when using files
What does this MR do?
Update documentation for CI cache:key:files
and cache:key:prefix
with the feature changes from !19392 (merged)
We require at least one file in the cache:key:files
entry and we use all the given files when building the cache key. We gather the most recent commit for each file and compute a SHA of those we can find.
