Remove ES parent relation for project snippets

What does this MR do?

This cherry-picks !19715 (merged) into 12-4-stable-ee-patch-3 as per !19715 (comment 242197474).

The automated picking failed because of a conflict on this line: !20169 (diffs). The :sidekiq_might_not_need_inline RSpec tag was added in 12.5, so I removed it again for this MR.
