Label secrets created in `review-apps.sh`
What does this MR do?
Labels secrets created in review-apps.sh
. This is required so that automated cleanup would clear all secrets belonging to the release.
$ kubectl get secret review-revert-393-1hsk4u-gitlab-initial-root-password
