Docs: Restore ref attribute for Project Search API to search.md

What does this MR do?

The ref attribute was added to the Project Search API in gitlab-foss!28069 (merged). However, the documentation for this feature was removed (perhaps unintentionally?) by gitlab-foss@d46dca74, leaving this as an undocumented feature.

This MR restores the original documentation.
