Updated no commit verbiage
What does this MR do?
We need to update the styling for the text that displays when a commit doesn't have a commit message. There are three locations it seems where this text lives but the code may be a little more complex than was initially expected to make this change as there doesn't appear to be a class applied for no commits specifically. I updated the verbiage for now from "--no commit message" to "No commit message" in these three locations, and that is currently the only change in this MR.
