(Docs) remove notice stop_review must be in same stage as deploy
What does this MR do?
while looking at the official Auto-Devops ci template (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/blob/master/lib/gitlab/ci/templates/Jobs/Deploy.gitlab-ci.yml) I noticed outdated documentation the template has the stop_review job in the "cleanup" stage although in several place in the documentaion it is noted that it needs to be in the same stage. I suggest removing the misleading notices.
