Capitalize "admin area" to unify the docs

A. I. Oleynikov requested to merge (removed):docs-capitalize-admin-area into master

What does this MR do?

Changes "admin area" and "Admin area" to "Admin Area" (both words capitalized) throughout the docs. @rdickenson suggested that I do that in my previous MRs, since

when referencing UI elements, their labels should appear in the docs just as they appear in the UI

but I pointed that, though this rule is mostly followed, it is not universal. This MR makes it universal.
