Add fit-content to right sidebar when collapsed

What does this MR do?

Adds width:fit-content property to the .right-sidebar-collapsed class to add some padding for when a user has operating system level ALWAYS SHOW scroll bars enabled

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

I believe so? This is my first MR and I'm still doing a lot or reading on guidelines and such but it was a pretty straight forward fix
