Fix default Gitaly binary path for example config file

Stan Hu requested to merge sh-fix-gitaly-bin-path into master

The Gitaly bin dir moved into the root directory:

  1. gitlab-development-kit!960 (merged)
  2. gitlab-development-kit!1028 (merged)

Right now this path is used by remote mirrors. Users using the GDK will have the wrong path.
