Remove duplicate changed icon in tree list

What does this MR do?

Fix duplicate changed file icon

Testing Case

1. Go to any project
2. Click the "Web IDE" button
3. Make a modification on an existing file (by typing something in the file)
4. Add a new file.

• The icons in the treelist should look like this:

default	on hover
