Update Kaminari templates to match design spec

What does this MR do?

This is an implementation for #33071 (closed)

We use Kaminari to display pagination in our HAML template. The rendered markup doesn't follow our design specs. This MR updates the views such that the end results matches gl-pagination's markup.
